When you contact us or request a booking through our website (booking form, gift voucher form or by WhatsApp), we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the massage you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any message or notes you add.

When you browse our website, we and our partners may collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies: device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location and how you reached the site. This is done through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and PostHog, and only with your consent (see Cookies below).

We use the details you send us to respond to your message, arrange and confirm your booking, prepare gift vouchers, and give you the information you ask for.

We use cookies and analytics data to understand how the site is used, to keep it working well, and to measure and improve our marketing.

We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies (you give it through our cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time).

We rely on the performance of pre-contractual steps and on our legitimate interest when we use your contact details to reply to you and to handle your booking request, since you contacted us expecting a response.

We keep your booking and contact details only for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, and afterwards for any period required by law (for example, accounting or tax obligations).

Data collected through analytics cookies is retained according to the settings of each tool and is then deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example, our analytics and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed to provide their service.

Some of these providers (such as Google, Meta and PostHog) may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
