Terms & Conditions

You can request an appointment through our website forms, by WhatsApp, by phone or in person. A booking is confirmed once we reply and agree a date and time with you.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so your treatment can begin and end on time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, although your session may be shortened so the next guest is not kept waiting.

Plans change, and we understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can, ideally at least a few hours before your appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation or a deposit for future bookings.

Our prices are shown on the website and at the studio and may be updated from time to time. The price that applies is the one confirmed when you book.

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is made at the studio at the end of your treatment, unless agreed otherwise.

Gift vouchers can be used for any treatment up to their value and are valid until the date shown on the voucher. They are not exchangeable for cash and any unused balance is not refundable.

Please mention your voucher when you book and bring it with you to your appointment.

Our treatments are intended for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care. Please tell us before your session about any health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or anything else that may affect your treatment, so we can adapt it or recommend the right option for you.

You are welcome to ask your therapist to adjust the pressure or stop at any moment. We ask all guests to treat our team and space with respect; we reserve the right to end a session if behaviour is inappropriate.

We take great care in everything we do. To the extent permitted by law, Oazis Massage is not liable for any adverse reaction or injury that results from a guest not sharing relevant health information, and our liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and any dispute will be subject to the competent Portuguese courts. As a consumer, you may also use the national complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
