Full Body Massage in Lisbon: Which One to Book

Most massages on our menu are full body: back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders in one session. What changes from one to the next is the pressure, the rhythm and how you feel when you walk out.

Gentle and relaxing

The Swedish massage is the one most guests book: long, flowing strokes and gentle pressure that quiet the mind. Aromatherapy adds essential oils chosen for how you feel, and hot oil warms the oil to body temperature so the skin drinks while the muscles let go.

Firm and therapeutic

Deep tissue and sports massage reaches the deeper layers of muscle, for recovery after sport, long flights or everyday tension in the back. Our signature therapeutic oriental massage works with steady, intentional pressure on the knots that build up in the back, neck and head.

Warmth from head to toe

Hot stone rests warm basalt stones along the spine, so the heat does half the work. Warm candle melts natural soy and shea into warm oil, and the herbal pouch presses steamed herbs into stiff muscles. All three are slow, warming and deeply quiet.

Stretching instead of strokes

Thai massage is done clothed, on a mat, with stretches and pressure along the body's energy lines. Thai yoga takes it further: the therapist moves you through gentle stretches while you simply breathe.

How long to book, and prices

Sixty minutes covers the whole body well; ninety gives extra time where you need it most. For one person, a 60-minute Swedish massage costs €55; deep tissue, Thai, aromatherapy and hot oil cost €60; hot stone, warm candle and herbal pouch cost €65. Ninety minutes cost €80 to €85.
